Sources: Earnie Stewart finalizing deal to become USMNT's first GM

Hmm, "Moneyball" doesn't really make sense at the national team level...
Will Jay "Philly's BWP" Simpson file a one time switch to play for the USMNT?

This could mean Curtin's days are numbered, and Matt Doyle is speculating that Berhalter could be the next USMNT coach:

Blue and red, eh. When the Quakes came back in 2008 I suggested they use a blue and red combo to honor both Quakes color traditions (we'll leave the celery to the Clash, thanks). But I was admonished. No, they look terrible together! You can't do that! Oh well...

Lol, the fact that Cincinnati is using red and blue validates your opinion from years ago.

Don't look that bad to me, and there are other ways to do red and blue.

Lol, as I just posted, and as I posted "many years ago", there are many examples.

I think you're right. Looks more like orange in different photos.

    (Emphasis added).

Well, as long as there's "data" to back up your subjective opinion, say no more. :)

Gotta remember this day. May 29, 2018. Earthshaker admitted falvo was right, and proved Jazzy wrong in the process. :)

Would be hilarious if Toyota was USMNT's kit sponsor. Better yet, Bank of Montreal. :)

USMNT jersey is fine, and was generally liked for its simplicity IIRC. Not a fan of blue and orange, or orange in general on a jersey, for multiple reasons.

Call it nostalgia or whatever but as ugly as they were, my favorite all time USMNT jersey's were from the 1994 WC held in the USA....

Every time I see the blue kit with the white stars I think of Alexi Lalas.

Say whatever you want about Lalas, but he had a great tournament in WC 1994....
