Blech. He wasn't much of an attacker. He'd get just a couple of assists per year even playing with those high-powered Gal offenses. Youve got to be dangerous going forward and a good defender. That's the modern standard. I'd take any of Morrow, Beita and Lima over him, for starters. And I'd even throw in Jordan Stewart his 1st few years. Besides he's the the guy who essentially prayed he'd be traded to LA. 'Nuff said. He instantly became a much worse player after he said that.
Oops, I forgot about Beita, who definitely ranks above Dunivant as a defender. But I consider Morrow a half back...
lol, clearly you are an expert on the area... https://ww2.kqed.org/news/2017/02/09/how-many-are-being-displaced-by-gentrification-in-oakland/ The place where prices are rising the fastest isn’t San Francisco anymore — it’s Oakland. Between July 2011 and July 2016 the median price of a home nearly doubled to $626,000, according to real estate website Trulia. And median rents went up by $1,100 during that time. a few more articles: http://www.oaklandmagazine.com/May-2017/The-Real-Cause-of-Gentrification/ https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/01/business/economy/single-family-home.html
The Oakland Magazine article suggests to me that a century of laissez faire housing policies would have been more equitable and less evidently racist than what city officials have actually adopted and kept in force for over a century, the upshot of which is the current housing crisis, including the Ghost Ship tragedy.
I thought Morrow played for us and TFC mostly as a halfback. True, he's also filled in as a defender, but isn't he mostly in the midfield?
I think with Toronto he plays as left back or at most, a wing back. I think for us played as a left back, but also filled in at centerback. For Toronto he has scored 15 goals in 122 games, pretty damn good for a defender!
When it comes to crazy housing markets, nothing tops the South Bay. Zillow shows the 50 largest metropolitan areas and the total inventory (number of properties on the market), for the largest metropolitan areas (NY/LA) it's well above 10k. Most are 4-6k. SF is one of the lowest at 3k. SLC is the second lowest at just under 2k, but it's also the smallest metropolitan area of the 50. San Jose has just over 650.
LAFC signs Diego Rossi as their second DP after Carlos Vela, because he's only 19, he will only have a cap hit of $150K as a Young DP. Also, I like the hat-reveal thing they do with their signings... Diego Rossi is Black & Gold. pic.twitter.com/8fWTP9kBdX— LAFC (@LAFC) December 14, 2017
