I think we're trying for a 4-3-3 next year (or 4-2-3-1), until then he will play on the right side of a 4-4-2 (which really turns into a 4-3-3 or 4-2-4 when we have possession). He did really well in this position against Juventus I think he just needs time, he's been here for about 3 weeks

 

He seems better suited on the wing cutting in, thats how he made his name. Maybe if the ball was played into his feet more today, he could’ve done more, but lots of the passes targeting him were into space and favoring the bigger CBs. There’s no way he will outmuscle Liverpool CBs for those.
