Looks like there has been a big fallout between Mourinho and Mikhitaryan.

His Man Utd career looks to be over

He reaps what he sows. I have no sympathy and I am not surprised.

Yes Inter Milan apparently. Inter certainly deserves better.

:) He will stay in EPL. Screw Italian league. Those clowns lost to Udinese today at home. Miki is too good for them.

He was barely good enough for BVB on average and does not have the mental fortitude to withstand Jose Mourinho. Any idiot and his donkey could have predicted that his United career would have been a flop.

Well, first of all, Dortmund is better than ********ing Inter. Secondly, I don't blame Miki for not wanting chasing players like in Klopp days. So yeah, Jose's coaching is not going to work for him.

Cracking game RB and Hertha . Great display from Hertha in 3-2 win despite having a man wrongly sent off in first few minutes . Must be no Var for use for fouls ???

Leon Goretzka looks to be headed to Bayern.

How many midfielders do we need?

You mean how many midfielders do Bayern need to keep away from their rivals?

He we gave you back Götze, no need to be salty. [emoji23][emoji41]

I wasn’t ready to give up on him, and I wonder how he would have done if he stuck around for Jupp...

Jupp would have done nothing had Bayern not discovered and fixed his metabolic disorder. It was literally in everybody's best interest that he return. Now Hummels needs to come up with a good excuse to do the same.

When you get Goretzka on a free transfer, you don't worry about having too many midfielders. More importantly, step by step, the question we wondered about here some time ago whether Bayern is getting too old is becoming more and more irrelevant.

I can't help but wonder what's the point of trying to build a team that can compete for trophies, and not just us, the same applies to all Bundesliga clubs, because pretty much every footballer in Germany is auditioning for Bayern or another league whether it's Premier League or Spain, and whenever a Bundesliga club manages some measure of success by winning the odd league title they are immediately dismantled because they lack the resources of cash rich clubs, and of course the worst case scenario, Bayern weakening their nearest rivals whenever th

If you exclude personnel, BVB have the financial resources, infrastructure and brand power to turn the league into a bonafide duopoly. What stops are the following:

    Aki Watzke.

From the personnel he purchases, to the ones he lets go; from the decisions he takes to the attitude he exudes; all signs point to somebody who is not fit to run this club. We are about to break the €400M revenue mark, have a healthy wages to revenue ratio and no net debt. If we had the management of Juventus, Atletico, Bayern or Chelsea, we would be competing for top spot right now and would really be a relevant CL contender.

Even if he just got rid of the garbage in our squad right now and stopped buying the Rodes and Schurrles, we would be better off and stepping in the right direction.

Having money is pointless if it isn't spent properly. Just look at United, Liverpool and Arsenal.

The fact that Aki is potentially losing out on Akanji over 5M, and we have Schurrle at 30M and Rode at 12M tells you all you need to know about how Watzke is running this club. Schurrle has been with 5 clubs in 8 years, and Rode hasn't had any material role for a squad since 2014.

    Absolutely foolish.

Bayern on the other hand has James on loan for 13M (a player likely worth 60M+), and will likely land Goretzka on a free. Good players want to play with good players, and Aki is too much of a fool to understand that.

I think you guys are where we were back in 2009...the means were there but Uli was beholden to “not breaking the financial structure” which still holds us back today

We have been very fortunate with Robbery

222M for Neymar, 135M for Dembélé and now 160M for Coutinho. The only thing that makes any kind of sense is that Mahrez will be a replacement for about 60M.

    Club football needs to change.

How can Buli clubs cope with this? Whether in buying foreign talents or keeping their home grown talents. Not even Bayern can afford these type of fees

80M for KdB 2yrs ago is now looking like a steal
