TFC played two games vs Orlando City today, an A squad game and a B squad game. TFC ran out as winners 3-1 in the A game and 4-0 in the B game. I like the moves Orlando have made this offseason, but I think their depth will really be questioned this year.

Week 2 has been postponed. According to Weather Underground, it is supposed to be 22 °F at gametime tomorrow in Foxboro. While it's snowing now, no extra snow is expected tomorrow. Game re-scheduled for Saturday, September 2, at 7pm.
Hello all.... I do a weekly matchday thread over in the Union forum. You all are welcome to join in our discussion of the upcoming game between our two teams. All I ask is that anyone wishing to join in keep things civil and on topic, no rivalries crap please! You can join us HERE if you'd like. I'm actually travelling down to see this game at your stadium! Can't wait to enjoy your gameday experience!
Thanks for the invite and the potential visit! The stadium is fantastic, the logistics for the first game not so great. Hopefully they have several things ironed out for Game 2 (like all the toilets functioning ). Let us know if you are coming down.
Give your self plenty of extra time before entering the stadium. The lines for the first game were insane. They will eventually get this worked out, but just in case. Also, paperless tickets, so remember that before you go.
To be fair, they have some pretty awful players on that back line. MNUFC has a much stricter budget to work with than Orlando started with.
I am definitely coming down for this game with my wife. Arriving Saturday morning! Ticket is already loaded on my phone should be good to go! My two sons are season ticket holders for OCSC. Looking forward to seeing them and the Union play in warm weather! One of my favorite experiences in traveling to Support the Union was 2011 in Orlando when the fledgling Ruckus group hosted a bunch of us SOB's for a tailgate prior to a pre-season game. They had a great Philly trivia game for us complete with Philly prizes and Tastykakes for dessert. What a great time!
I actually remember that. In fact, one of my first in-person memories in soccer was when the SOBs brought an enormous presence to MLS Cup 2007. I was there with the Texian Army for the Dynamo. They were the supporters' group without a club at that point. One of the primary reasons that Philadelphia got a franchise. It's been cold the past few days, but it's supposed to moderate tomorrow. Gametime is supposed to be low 70's and clear.

I'm coming over in July for the Toronto game from Scotland. Was wondering if there is anywhere before or after the stadium the players sign shirts? Thanks
Open Cup Tickets on Sale Today City’s Open Cup campaign kicks off June 13 at Orlando City Stadium and tickets are now on sale starting at $17 (not including taxes and fees). The Lions will face either Miami FC or the Tampa Bay Rowdies in the 4th round of the knockout tournament. The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup is the longest ongoing soccer tournament in the U.S. and the third longest in the world. The U.S. Open Cup is the most direct path for Orlando City to earn a trophy and the winner automatically qualifies for the CONCACAF Champions League.
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/g00/...le-larin-dui-orlando-city-20170615-story.html With Larin out likely 3 games, I dont expect us to win any of them. I also dont expect us to score any goals while he is out as well.
Marca is reporting that Colombian J.F. Quintero will be joining OCSC to replace Kaka. Good pickup for Orlando and MLS. Once potential superstar in his prime. For those unfamiliar with him, Quintero (24) was widely hyped as a teenager, having won Tournament MVP at the 2013 South American Youth Championship, despite Colombia only managing third place. He also scored a long range chipped goal against Ivory Coast within minutes of coming on for his WC debut in 2014. He currently plays for Porto on loan to Independiente Medellín. http://us.as.com/us/2017/06/15/futbol/1497553798_213547.html?omnil=resrelrecom
The report was unclear. I got the idea that he wouldn't come until Kaká finished the season. But it does say he is on vacation in the US (even though Medellin's preseason started on Wednesday) so maybe sooner, I guess.
Alot of tweets and other website reports on Quintero to OCSC being a done deal. God I hope its true. #10 is our biggest need right now.
