Hi guys! I want to share my tactical ideas created for Nottingham Forest: my Football Manager 13 tactics. Following the link above, you will see an original tactical system fully described by me. I don't want to duplicate the review here, though I can share the idea and latest results. Idea: Every opponent should be analysed individually. I look at its tactics they used and faced, strong and weak areas, pay attention to the weather conditions, etc. After that I opt one of 3 tactics depending on that. The idea is in that all the tactics differ much not only in strategy and team instructions but also in formation: Counter-attacking 4-1-2-1-2, Control narrow 4-2-3-1, Classic 4-4-2. This kind of system allows to oppose any team. Results: I played 1 season only and managed to promote to the Premier League with Nottingham Forest from the third position. Not a great achievement but I feel I can claim my tactical approach works excellently.
