ussoccer.com has some short pieces with players and coaches at http://www.ussoccer.com/news/fullstory.sps?iNewsid=100792&itype=113&iCategoryID=0 there's some not-so-quality footage of Mathis singing along to country music. also, Hejduk talking about about crossword puzzles and having the "deepest vocabulary on the team" is quite funny.
You check out that little blurb on US being a late game team? Interesting... late-game heroics are rooted in the team's method of preparation, which involves both team selection and meticulous fitness planning I'm sure that has alot to do why they are in great form, but my heart would be in a lot better condition if they planned to score a little earlier in the game!
Yeah, that is quite hilarious! He is really confident in his own vocabulary there is no doubt. I'd like to see him finish one of those crosswords... those are hard as crap
I like all these videos that are now appearing on ussoccer.com. I think it's a good idea--it's good tosee and hear directly from the players in training. I hope they continue to give us these behind-the-scenes videos. Good stuff.
