Footao-- I'm 6'3" and 255. You may be able to sneak by with an XL. I always get XXL, if available though because of my girth!!! My 2002 shirt's an XL and fits fine (still)! Dont quote me on the sizing though.
Ordered my Olsen away jersey this afternoon from BS by phone. They said it should be ready to ship out on the 15th and will cost $103 with the authentic lettering and standard shipping.
Go with the 2XL if you're at all broad-shouldered. It is true that this year's template is slightly smaller than last year's. E.G. my husband's 2006 2xl is noticeably more snug than the 2004 2xl; this is on a guy who is 6'4"/275. Or, to put it another way: You can get away with wearing clothes that are a little too loose a lot more easily than you can with ones that are too tight. Maybe, if it's an option, see if there's a store in your area that sells blanks, try them on, and then place the order for the non-refundable customized one?

UPDATE: Onion Bag have finally secured all the USA Away XXL's we need - EVERYBODY who ordered will have their jersey by next Friday.

I got a call yesterday afternoon. The away U.S. jersey was ready and shipped but still waiting for adidas to send a home Galaxy jersey.
Black&Red#17 and anyone else who ordered through BS, Eurosport, etc. and called in and requested the authentic lettering...HAVE NO FEAR! I got my jersey today and it's amazing! I'll post a pic tomorrow for you guys.
Can't wait to get my jersey...I'll be almost as excited to no longer see Billing Information Received on my tracking info...
Just an update, I was in the Onion Bag tonight and they were literally doing the last two shirts for all the pre-orders around 7pm tonight (they close at 7:30) so if you are still waiting, it shouldn't be for much longer.
I am sure that one was a Gooch away, not sure of the size. The other player was either Donovan or Beasley. They told me that that was the last of them and that all the preorders were done. They also said that had absolutely no shirt leftover and any new orders would have to wait until 6/1 when a new shipment was due to come in.
