Swings and roundabouts. We got a bad one, we'll get a good call. It will be interesting once the video ref comes in.

It was always going to be the game we were going to lose. Our little brothers in red and black hadn't beaten us in 3 years. The fact that they need half of our old players to make their team shows how far behind they are.

And racist boy crying after the game, and the fans celebrating like they'd won the league shows their little team mentality. :D

Arnie still wants the most points in a season too- we need 2 from memory- then they can concentrate on the Finals and the toilet seat. :)

Does it count that we finally scored from a corner for the first time this year if it was an own goal?

Its obvious after this years Asian debacle, that the squad needs a freshening up. Our reliance on the older players worked well with one game a week in the A-League, but not so much with 2 games a week and travel around Asia.

If it ends up being Poppa, I'm going to have conflicting feelings. He will be good to refresh the squad- it needs it, but I don't want him doing what he did at the Wanderers and changing the whole squad every season.

You need some continuity in football, and I hope now, he realises that.

Sydney FC have begun the process of rebuilding their Isuzu-Ute A-League squad following the departures of twelve players from the 2021-22 season.
