Should be a good atmosphere, we have sold almost 30000 tickets so far. Hope you all enjoy our city and our beer because you wont enjoy the football match !

For Basel it's an experience to play in Schalke, when they played in a ground that is so loud than Schalke? But my mind is (and was), I liked Basel on the and the Hearts in Schalke. But not every wish comes true, I hope I've the time to travel and see the Hearts in their own.
Re: Official Shalke 04 Thread Don't be ignorant. Basel's fan scene is probably one of the best in Europe, I doubt that it's much louder in Schalke than in Basel! I'm pretty sure Schalke's fans will be suprised by Basel's support! Basel played in Manchester Liverpool, Milano and totally owned the local fans!

That where Basel travelled, Schalke was there too, that's not the problem. Schalke is louder cause roof make it. And for the Basel supporter is one little problem, I think not all will get a card. Cause it's written here as sold out.

Maybe Dortmund is a close 2nd, but Schalke 04 has the loudest and most passionate supporters that I have seen via TV in the past 3yrs that I have watched the Bundesliga. Put it this way, if I get goosebumps from hearing the roar of the crowd from Schalke Stadium and I don't even have a Bundesliga club that I support....the Schalke 04 faithful must be doing something right and VERY LOUD!
