Good bit of business. Amaral = service, something their pointy end has been low on.

Perth are finally going to look dangerous at the top end with Amaral in the mix.

That's huge! Kudos to them for the achievement.

If that money is invested solely into their youth development, I suspect they'll have another great season ahead. Also great that they'll be in a Chinese tournament. The more experience, the better.

Fowler in talks with Perth Glory. Looks like Glory are trying to get in before Sydney

The article is a roundup of everything that has happen since Fowler became available.

Huge news for football in Perth!!

Apparently it was mentioned on Radio6PR in Perth today that the game has Sold Out and there is this from the Glory website:

Perth Glory would like to advise that ticket sales for tomorrow night’s Hyundai A-League clash against North Queensland Fury at nib stadium (formerly ME Bank Stadium) have surpassed all expectations.

Pre-sale tickets are currently five times higher than any previous Perth Glory game and all records have been broken.

With that in mind, Perth Glory would like to ask all fans attending the game to arrive at nib stadium as early as possible?

Gates at nib Stadium will be open from 6.30pm; Kick-off is at 8pm.

Not quite a sellout, but a great crowd nonetheless. 16,019.

Their best crowd since the Nick Tana NSL Glory days (groan..sorry lads:)) A 3-2 win after being down 1-2 would have kept quite a lot of them coming back:( What is it with HAL clubs bucking the global trend and being decidedly average at Home? You'd think with the distances the teams travel it would be definitely the other way around!

Still well done Perth!! great crowd!

The Fury have had the upper hand over Perth from last year and I honestly expected them to do much worse than draw in Perth.

Yeah, Perth's home form was very good last year, they're stronger on paper, bumper crowd etc, definately a game they should have won but they nearly conspired to lose.

Too bad I only saw the first goal. I was so tired and couldn't keep up. I missed an instant classic!:(

    Glory Fans: Hell yeah!

    Glory 0-3 SFC

    Worst performance ever.

The shed is right - we would rather the youth team.

Neville I can forgive as he is still youngish and has played well up till that game. Pearson and Skorich are young as well. If I'm generous I would say that Jelic and Howarth at least put an effort in. Otherwise shyte, the lot of them.

How Jamie Coyne is called a footballer, let alone a professional is beyond me.

Sydney shouldn't be too happy they still looked very ordinary. Just not as absolutely shyte as we were.

    Oh Perth.

All these players are great but who's your coach again?
