Don't want to get your hopes up (including moi) but here's an article about PJY that paints things in a brighter light. The reporter talked to PJY's manger who said Park is training with Arsenal and that he had to stay at a hotel because he was looking for a new place to stay. Also says he's not given up and he's preparing for a new challenge. But other than that, nothing's changed so the article seems a bit pointless. http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...&mod=read&office_id=436&article_id=0000003381
Actually, to me thats worse light because it looks like PCY is nowhere near a resolution to the cancellation of his contract.
http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...&mod=read&office_id=073&article_id=0002314859 Lip service from wenger pjy is still in our plans currently working on getting in shape fck you wenger
I suspect the only reason Wenger addressed the situation at all is because HMB said (publicly) that PJY needs to tear up his contract.
looks like a Korean reporter asked the question. and Wenger had no idea who he was talking about for a second... So yeah... definitely lip service
My dream: Korea vs. France in brazil 2014. Korea 4, France 0. PCY hat trick. Wenger doing commentary for French television.
I know you guys don't like these sort of articles but Sports DongA is reporting that PJY has two years left in his contract. Quotes a source familiar with the matter who confirmed with Arsenal. Says the team won't go into why the contract is in effect until June 2015 but the article speculates that it has something to do with his military exemption. http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...&mod=read&office_id=382&article_id=0000131030
This jibes with what I had said. In the rush to complete the deal, I'm sure they just matched Lille's terms which included the two year kicker on military deferment.
Youngjae Lee has played all the game in Luzenac, last friday. We lost 1-0, but our team fought very hard, Lee has the biggest goal opportunity, but an opponent save his team. I believe in him, but I'll not be too patient. Next game: 09.20 against Amiens.
Not in CL squad that was announced a few weeks ago. http://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/season=2014/clubs/club=52280/squad/index.html
maybe he's got jean on... oh the comedy!! at some point ... both sides gotta get tired of this debacle
