HSV is playing really well! So different than before the manager change. Reminds me of Swansea.

Edit: And Ito is a really nice Japanese player. He is like 1.68 but compensates with great technique

THANK YOU. So many posters here have an extreme victim mentality, everything is unfair and racist. A mod should be someone above that with a honest level head and it's obvious why you're one.

That was the first time I ever posted something like that. Also, there are only a few members that played the victim or race card in this forum nowadays (one is already banned). Kim Jin-hyeon wasn't pointing out that the fan was doing a small eye gesture. He was pointing out to the ref which fan was the one that was abusing him. Kim Jin-hyeon has been playing in the J. League his whole career and I'm pretty sure he has faced incidents like those before, so if it was to the point where he had to stop the match meant that it was pretty serious.

Someone that doesn't watch Asian football in general won't know what goes on. I vividly remember when Kim Min-hyeok had that stomping incident. I don't condone what he did, but it was a situation where everyone in Japan was talking about it. It wasn't just soccer fans, but just regular people that weren't even interested in soccer were crucifying Kim Min-hyeok before he apologized to Mu Kanazaki. It was to a point where people were not just asking to expell Kim Min-hyeok from the league, but all the Korean players as well on Twitter.

The funny thing is that there was a incident where a player named Keisuke Iwashita punched a player in the stomach during a set piece play a few weeks after Kim Min-hyeok's incident. The whole incident was caught on camera, but no one in Japan batted an eye about that incident. The dude has been doing dirty plays for years and no one gives a crap what he does. There were a few disgruntled fans, but the incident died out in a few days and it got buried away quickly. I'm not saying all the fans are like that, but there is a double standard against Korean players in that league.

SYJ still only 2nd half sub today in friendly.

SYJ regularly comes up in hamburg reserve recaps so I think he's doing decently outside of his injury.

PYY and CKR who scored with reserves last weekend played second half of friendly vs Mainz.

Ok I realized that AJH is 18 and going to be 19 next season. 2 years older than Lee Kangin. Hopefully he plays for their B team next. None of that C team shit.

You guys are being retarded. Japan's right wing tinged racism is well documented and undenied. Gamba Osaka got fined bc their fans flew Nazi SS banner several time including an incident last year. They also flew "Japanese Only" flags. You don't respond to this racism with obtuse acquiescence .

The fact that KJH has been in Japan this long knows he knows what he saw. Japan's racist caricature of Koreans is that Koreans have narrow slinty eyes.

I can't think of a more retarded response to this issue than blabbing non-sequiturs like Koreans and Japanese are same race, or bitching about Korean victim mentality.. Do you guys live in Korea???

I don't know how good he is or if he'll make it to the top...
Maybe try him before the Asian Game? Convert him into a wingback? I know he's fast.

I hope that does not mean we have to see him at the world cup.

One of a very small set of Koreans to have la liga experience lol

It seems he's tricky but is missing end product but certainly not a defensive player (he's often subbed off in those situations). That said, it seems he may be putting things together but let's be honest, spanish 3rd tier is pretty low and I think we can be patient to see if he moves up.

Kim Jungmin came in as sub and scored a goal in ET.
PSH trained right before Girona's match but can't make it to the squad again. But Soni is in the squad. Lucky guy.
