Kubo's probably took a few too many knocks, I've noticed a several times he's stayed down after a tackle. Nakamura wasn't convincing against UAE so I'm glad they've given someone else a chance.

And the comeback comes :D Cross by Yamada and I don't know if Miyashiro touches the ball, the AFC gives the goal to Yamada for his double. Anyway, 2-1 Japan

I hope we can keep the scoresheet. If there is no need to have Kubo on the pitch, even better. Let him rest for the final.

Couldn't watch the first half, but it looks like they couldn't control the game as well as the previous match, what happen?

I'm not watching apart from goals highlights but I'd guess Iraq being better than UAE plays a part...

it's all relaxed and easy until you remember the other team can score out of a set piece

    youtube, afc hub channel.

The camera angle didn't help, but we should've done better with the structure so we can made the switch when we couldn't win 1 0n 1 against them. Also, we are a lot of more wing oriented today compared to previous match, partly because Iraq is more compact, but, it can be managed if we have the better structure

Yes, he should've been able to bridge the ball. all he's been done is played it safely to the flank, or when he receives the ball, he took too much time, Iraq has the time to close the passing line and only managed to play the ball back to cramped flank, not to the other side.

Disaster. Being sloppy in possession with some aimless balls.
