This whole system failed. There is no security at all. Suicide bombers continue to blow themselves up, where are our intelligence agencies ffs?? We can only hope that things will get better.

Agghh I really wish Iraq was safe and stable. There are so many places I would like to visit. F*** the US government. There was an Iraqi girl that went to my school and she was one of the nicest people I've met.
I noticed your interest for Iraq! I really wish that one day I can return to my country when it's finally safe.
I've had interest in Iraq for a long time. I remember in sixth grade (I would have been 12 years old) I had to write a story and I decided to set in in Baghdad. Then at high school there were lots of Arabs and so I was happy that I got to meet some Iraqis. One thing I found surprising is that they were all Sunni, considering most Iraqis are Shia. I look at pictures of different cities such as Basra, Karbala and Najaf and think it would be so nice to visit. It brings me to tears knowing the situation of the country. If I could make one wish it would be for a safe and stable Iraq. As for football, I started cheering for Iraq during the 2014 qualifiers and really hoped they would make it to Brazil and was disappointed that they didn't.

Halabja is the city that was attacked by Saddam Hussein's regime with chemical weapons, that took the lives of 5000 people I can speak Kurdish and Arabic fluently.
They only did a vote. Not independent, and it would take alot for them to actually separate from Iraq.
