Some in the Mexican media believe Profe Cruz made a mistake by taking Villalpando out. The guy was a huge liability back there. He gave the opponent two goals and his mind wasn't right after that. There was another one where he went after the ball, the attacker was faster on the play, and Villalpando left the net totally exposed. Luckily they didn't score.

I don't know why anyone is surprised. GKs in Mexico don't appear to take their job seriously. Always trying to get cute with the ball n shit.

Villalpando f*cked up tho....Profe Cruz said there was no beef between him and Villalpando after the game in the post game conference.

Why is Juguares always slinging mud at other Mexican teams or players with their advertisments? You're representing Mexico, dumbasses.

BTW, Faitelson was one of the ones that said Profe Cruz was wrong in taking out Villalpando.

The whole Picante crew were thrashing Profe Cruz for subbing Villalpando out. The only one defending him was the guy wuth the lisp.

Jaguares actually has a good chance of going through to the semifinals

who would have thought that one of the worst clubs in Mexico is close to becoming one of the top 4 in the region?

They beat the defending champs. They lost to a second division Bolivian team. Eliminated the fourth seeded team in their house. Like someone posted before, Libertadores, the ghetto Champions League. :D

I woud love to see Jackson score a bunch of goals being half Colombian but when Cerro Porteno closes down shop, they close down shop. Jaguares are going to have to get past 11 guys in the box at all times.

People here make fun of the USA bunkering, well you ain't seen nothing yet. Cerro will make the USA look like Barca. :p

Yup, their defending was very good in Chiapas. Jaguares didn't have many clear opportunities the whole game.
