Pearce must be fired. City was horrible against Blackburn. City players were arguing against each other. You can see there is little chemistry among the players -- each one is on his own.

And who plays 5-3-2 formation these days? Psycho is too defensive. Not surprised about this because he was a defender himself.

Barton is a negative force in the team. He gets carded too easily. His rugby style of play is a distraction to the entire team. Even though he is a decent player, this kind of don't-f-with-me-or-I'll-break-your-leg playing style must not be tolerated.

I see City getting relegated and Psycho fired at the end of the season.

 

Then he is pretty fast. Rooney is no slouch himself.

I think Sir Alex once said he is pretty quick.

 

From what I've seen so far (a couple of Eredivisie matches, and all of his CL matches), he is a good passer. His passing success rate is probably around 85 - 90%, which is pretty good for a LB/LM.

His crossings are good also.

From past games in the NT and CSL, we know his FK are pretty good also.

His dribbling is nothing amazing but is adequate. His stamina seems adequate.

Like paganitzu said, his vision and football sense is great. This allows him to easily integrate and adapt to whoever is playing with him, as we have already witnessed in him playing for his new team PSV.
