No host for now, but draw has been made. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="it"><p>2018 FIFA World Cup Russia / AFC Asian Cup 2019 Preliminary Joint Qualification Round 1 - Draw Results <a href="http://t.co/mLMw7f37vE">pic.twitter.com/mLMw7f37vE</a></p>— The-AFC.com (@theafcdotcom) <a href="2018 FIFA World Cup Russia / AFC Asian Cup 2019 Preliminary Joint Qualification Round 1 - Draw Results pic.twitter.com/mLMw7f37vE— AFC (@theafcdotcom) February 10, 2015 ">10 Febbraio 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
jesus, at least edit your thread when you see that HTML code mess... anyway, the draw is also for the next world cup qualifiers. India, Yemen, Pakistan and Nepal look like the better teams here so it's unfortunate they were drawn each other.
Asian\World cup qualifiers started. Timor Leste- Mongolia 3-1 Cambodia - Macao 3-0 Sri Lanka - Bhutan 0-1 (lolz) India - Nepal 2-0 Yemen - Pakistan 3-1
when will Japan start playing the qualifiers for the AC 2019, considering there were not in the top 3, they won't be automatically qualify, right?
A lot of stupid match for the new coach to test Jleague players, youngsters and maybe cutoff some rotting apple too.
I'd rather a bit more competition, so the likes of Saudi Arabia\Oman\Qatar. The rest is not exactly going to be a threat :/
Most groups are boring\predictable, but group F is my favourite. Vietnam and Thailand, and possibly even Indonesia, will have a stacked battle. In Group G Lebanon could upset Kuwait, maybe. Group H has the wild card North Korea
Meanwhile Fajr Ibrahim, Syria's coach, confirmed that Syria will play their home matches in Iran or Oman.
