    Haraguchi is a disgrace!
Just missed Muroya's cross in front of goal.

Good start for the new coach and I like the fresh blood. Very impressing and creative plays in the 2 first games.
Minamino is genius, I prayed him a long time and Ito is also great. Sure this are only friendlies but you see the great fast short passing game Japan was popular for. Japanese coaches fits better I think.

And Panama managed it to the World Cup, so they are one of the best teams in the world, doesn't matter how small they are. They have a good striker at Real Madrid and manged it to beat USA in the qualification to book their Tickets to WC 2018.

Every team which played at the world cup is a serious team. Sure Japan is way above but 2 wins and no goal conceded are good even against the worst team in the world.

It wasn't even Panama full strength squad if I am not wrong. A few of their regular starters didn't come and the team also just reached Japan a few days before the match.

Iam curious. How did Gonda become first keeper? And is Aoyama the new captain?

Genta Miura had a mistake which led to Uruguay's 2nd goal. I hope Ueda can be given a chance to start the next match. Will be interesting to see how Moriyasu will select his CB duo when Shoji is fit as well.

He is very slow when it comes to decision-making and reaction, and this was obvious throughout this season during his games for Gamba Osaka and Japan national team.

He is not dependable at this stage at all and he costed us two easy goals today against Uruguay.

Just watch a long highlight clip. Alot of mistakes from both team yes. But Doan, Minamino and Nakajima. Thats the future for japanese soccer. Specially the last one, what a player.

Great game! The chemistry between Osako, Nakajima, Minamino and Doan is quite enjoyable to watch.

    Short Highlights:

2nd Uruguay goal is the typical japanese ridicolous crap-defense you would see in a crucial match ala Belgium 3rd goal in Russia2018.
But till the enfant terrible trio + Osako can score 1 goal more then the opponents it's ok.

Same here. I hope Moriyasu Japan won't end up like Zac Japan, where they perform well in friendlies but ultimately disappointed in the WC.
I hope to see other players like Ko Itakura and Nakayama be given a chance as well. They are more comfortable with the ball than the likes of Genta Miura, etc.
I hope Kosuke Nakamura when he returns from injury or maybe even Kojima can feature at least once under Moriyasu. Not really a fan of Higashiguchi.
    Gonda is decent tho imo.
