Jef's new cutie Ichinose Chisato: By the way, Jef youth is now better than Urawa or Beleza in the Kanto League.

Any news about Yamane's exact future destination, after this last match with JEF? For instance, doesn't she tell anything about it in one of these two interviews? By the way, it seems to me that she played one of her best games with JEF this season: even in the action of the goal, she had saved Hasegawa's shot, but she could do nothing when Sakaguchi tapped in the rebound...
I have to confess that I don't know the names of this new cycle. Anyone standing up, in your opinion, unepomme?
I don't know their names either, except Funaki of Menina. I'm not sure, but this team would be the one between U19 and U16.
I was wondering about that too? I also like the song her fans were singing about her--melody based on "Popeye the Sailorman" . I feel she is slowly improving, even with the national team, though she still seems to let a lot of balls through that would be blocked by other goal keepers. Hopefully she will wind up some place where they have taller goal keepers and can adjust her training for her height. And if she goes to someplace like Northern Europe, it will easier to find clothes that fit her . I was wondering, is it possible her height might actually be a disadvantage to some extent, in that being so tall might actually slow her reaction time?
Is there any correlation between height and reaction time? i don't think so. But her movements are way too slow for a reliable goalkeeper. And this is the reason why i prefer Ikeda or Yamashita at the moment.
This really took me by surprise... or not. I mean it's not unusual that Beleza members transfer to INAC hehehe.
Here is the official presentation of Mana Iwabuchi. http://inac-kobe.com/news/2194 Is there any information, when she will be back?
NWSL update for an unusual mid-week match-day taking place yesterday (simpler this time around, because Seattle Reign and Chicago Red Stars clashed and North Carolina didn't play ): - Seattle Reign FC finally win a game, by 2-1 at home vs Chicago Red Stars. It wasn't actually a "beautiful" win (it came from two Rapinoe's PKs), but it was a very important one, because with it Seattle Reign get back at 4th place (last one of the positions granting play-offs) with a game in hand over the first one of the chasing teams. Nahomi Kawasumi had some nice crosses, but overall a quiet game. Rumi Utsugi for Seattle and Yuki Nagasato for Chicago didn't play nor they were on the bench yet. Highlights: https://www.nwslsoccer.com/videos/19448371 As I was mentioning, North Carolina Courage didn't play; there are rumours about NC Courage using Kawamura's international spot to sign another player, since Yuri will be anyway out until the end of the season. I am not sure if this means that she won't be part of the team anymore, or if there is a special rule that allows NWSL teams to sign another international if one is out injured. I'll let you know what I'll come to understand.
Toppserien update (Norwegian league had a midweek match-day too!): - Stabæk-LSK Kvinner 0-1: it was a very close game between current leaders of LSK-Kvinner and third-placed Stabæk. Ryoko Takara made the assist for the lonely goal that gave her team this important away win. Sorry, but this time there is no available video.
Well, of course the "big event" of this INAC TV issue was Iwabuchi's signing. Did she say anything interesting in her many interviews? I seemed to hear that she praised Kamionobe and Kiryu in one of her answers. Also, I had missed this live, but Kyokawa actually tried a "Sawa", at 6'26" of the video!
Aaaawww!!! I want to see her face!!!! The other woman is Sawa's big friend, the wrestler Saori Yoshida, isn't she? Mmm, what about Sawa having an NTV logo on a chair behind her?
Mana really has the most beautiful smile you can imagine And I am sure the new relationship between her and the club will be very fruitful for each side.
The Kawamura piece reminds me of the time when Sameshima was supposed to play with the Darts (where ever they are) but didn't even make it to the states,
Well, at least Yuri managed to play 5 or 6 games with her team (and actually had become a fixture of defense, before the injury). The Shark, instead, had never seen the pitch with Houston Dash.
Geee, I was off on two counts... Dash, not Dart and I almost placed them in Colorado, not in Texas...
Injury: one of her many, so I don't exactly remember if it was the knee or the ankle. But, if I am not wrong, she recovered just in time for WWC 2015 cycle.
