Consadole buffing up their team as they are trying to prepare for life in J1 with the following J1 players brought in: Yudai Tanaka (Vissel Kobe) Hayasaka ( Sagan) Kanazono (Vegalta) (Kim Min Tae from Vegalta as well). All 3 players look like decent signings, but nothing spectacular. Maybe Kanazono can get a boost with a new club, and Hayasaka as well is a very good player at his best. Y.Tanaka adds more options defensively. Kushibiki, Horigome and Uesato have left the club.
Nice to see the younger players being loaned out to J2 with the U20WC approaching, especially those who were unlucky to miss the U19 championship. I hope Koki Ogawa will start to get first-team football. FW Yuki Kakita (Kashima Antlers) to Zweigen Kanazawa MF Taiki Hirato (Kashima Antlers) to Machida Zelvia FW Masashi Wada (Yokohama F. Marinos) to Renofa Yamaguchi MF Asashi Masuyama (Vissel Kobe) to Yokohama FC
Well, seems like Frontale's front office is doing work. So far we have: IN: Akihiro Ienaga (Omiya) Hiroyuki Abe (Gamba) Michael James (Niigata) Rhayner (Ponte Preta, loan) William Popp (Verdy, loan) Masataka Kani (Kanazawa, loan return) Kei Chinen (Aichi Gakuin U) Ao Tanaka (Frontale U18) Jefferson Tabinas (Toko Gakuen HS) OUT: Yoshito Okubo (FC Tokyo) Shun Takagi (Oita) An Byong-Jun (Kumamoto) Takanobu Komiyama (Yokohama FC) Akito Fukumori (Sapporo) Yoshihiro Nakano (Sendai, loan) Riki Harakawa (Tosu, loan) Koji Hashimoto (TBD)

This will give him some more time to sign with a team as a free agent and not have to worry about the transfer window closing.
yeah, right. Looks like he's set on finding a club in Europe, it's just that the press presented it as if he was set to join Olhanense.
Interesting. He's very professional, so could be a good move, but do Kobe really need to do anything with their attack? They already have arguably one of the best if not the best attacks in the league.
Wow, Chiba has signed Larrivey. Was kicked out from UAE side Baniyas this winter. In fact, they have changed 3 foreigners in this window. He didn't play at his best there. Was not very motivated, but when he will see "torcida do JEF" I think he will give everything. I think he will score 15+ goals next season.
http://www.foxsportsasia.com/news/vathanaka-joins-fujieda-myfc-loan/ Fujieda MYFC in J3-League have signed 22-year old Cambodian international Chan Vathanaka on a season-long loan. No clue who he is but he's won the MVP for the Cambodian League for the last 3 seasons, was the top scorer for the last 2 seasons, and apparently is very famous there.
And in J2-League, Matsumoto Yamaga are trialling two Singaporean internationals, Shawal Anuar and Gabriel Quak, and they will be training with the team for a week. They are both from Geylang International, with whom Matsumoto Yamaga formed a partnership through Epson. http://www.fourfourtwo.com/sg/featu...o-join-warriors-sahil-still-clubless?page=0,1
As for Shibasaki, he was expected to travel with the rest of the Kashima team to Thailand for the pre-season training given that he hasn't had any transfer offers yet. However, it was announced at the last minute that he would be staying in Japan as there has been a change in the situation. According to Marca, UD Las Palmas are looking to sign Shibasaki as a plan B in case their offer for Jese falls through. Not sure how given that they play in different position, but there you go. http://www.marca.com/futbol/las-palmas/2017/01/20/58827696e5fdea2e638b469e.html
Kashima's coach commented that the negotiations between Las Palmas and Shibasaki are close to resolution, and that he is happy for him for achieving his dream of playing overseas. Shibasaki trained alone at Kashima's facilities on Sunday.
It's going to be a disaster if they expect him to play on a wing. I'm really hoping he's not signing up for that, he sounds like a clever person.
Other Kashima players did not attract any offers? Shibasaki was not the only one who played well in the CWC match.
