Montenegro Squad of 27 to play Japan & South Korea. Forgive me if the club names are spelt wrong this came straight from the Montenegro FA website so its how the clubs would be spelt in Montenegro mainly except the ones I noticed and changed. Mladen Bozovic (Videoton, HUN) Srdan Blazic (Standard Liege, BEL) Ivan Janjusevic (Mogren) Marko Basa (Lokomotive Moscow, RUS) Miodrag Dzudovic (Spartak Naljick, RUS) Radoslav Batak (Mogren) Milan Jovanovic (Spartak Naljick, RUS) Stefan Savic (Partizan, SRB) Zarko Tomasevic (Nasional, POR) Luka Pejovic (Jagjelonije, POL) Sasa Balic (Inter Zapresic, CRO) Drasko Bozovic (Mogren) Savo Pavicevic (Makabi Tel-Aviv, ISRL) Milorad Pekovic (SpVgg Greuther Fürth, GER2) Mitar Novakovic (Amkar, RUS) Mladen Kascelan (Jagjelonija, POL) Nikola Drincic (Krasnodar, RUS) Vladimir Bozovic (Rapid Bukurest, ROM) Simon Vukcevic (Sporting Lisbon, POR) Elsad Zverotic (Lucern, SUI) Marko Cetkovic (Mogren) Petar Grbic (Mogren) Mirko Vucinic (Roma, ITA) Radomir Dalovic (Amkar, RUS) Andrija Delibasic (Rayo Vallecano, ESP) Fatos Beciraj (Dinamo Zagreb, CRO) Dejan Damjanovic (FC Seoul, ROK) Neither squad looks that intimidating tbh.
Montenegro is getting better and better, their national team is just from 2006 I think. Just look at their European Championship qualifiers table. 1 Montenegro 4 3 1 0 3 0 3 10 2 England 3 2 1 0 7 1 6 7 3 Switzerland 3 1 0 2 5 5 0 3 4 Bulgaria 3 1 0 2 1 5 -4 3 5 Wales 3 0 0 3 1 6 -5 0 Impressive? Yes.

Maybe Usami but the other two aren't ready yet. I'd like to see Seto proven at a higher level cause lets be honest J1 is higher than that and we have plenty of japanese dominating J1
Rumanian League is not that weak, and to think he is the captain I have a strong belief in Seto. I have the feeling CMF and DMF would be JNT's weak point in upcoming years, not like SMF or AMF which have plenty of choices, so I'd be happy if Zac trys as many players in this position in friendly matchs as possible.
Call him up so we can see what he's made of To be honest, I was not impressed with Hosogai and T.Honda(?) in Asian Cup. Endo wouldn't maintain his form for much longer, and he now is a shadow of what he was 2,3 years ago. Hasebe is class, very all-around, sensational fighting spirit but I think he is not type of player that will boss the midfield. In Asian Cup time, I always mentioned JNT's play was kind of unbalanced. And I think maybe the point is : --------------Honda------------- ------Endo-----------Hasebe----- was sometime very fragile, especially when the 2 SBs are very attacking mind. Many times JNT conceded goals even when they were leading. They couldn't keep the possession in crucial times, it's a very strange thing because all Japaneses players are supposed to have good techniques and passings In case Endo passed his year, I hope: ------------Honda---------- -----Hosogai------Hasebe----- can make it. Or : --Hasebe------Seto------- --------Kashiwagi----------- in Pirlo-Ambrosini-Gattuso fashion is not a bad choice.
If Seto wants to prove himself, he should join a J League team. The JNT isn't the place to weigh up unknown quantities.
http://www.sanspo.com/soccer/news/110310/scc1103102114003-n1.htm Release letters sent to 12 clubs in Europe, including Mallorca (Ienaga) and Leicester (Abe) but not to Freiburg (Yano) and Catania (Morimoto). The squad will be announced on the 17th.
Wow, do we have any "pure" defensive midfielders? With our crazy fullbacks, I'm not going to trust Hasebe
WELLINGTON (AFP) - New Zealand's international friendly against Japan scheduled for Tokyo this month may be replaced by a second game against China, New Zealand Football boss Frank van Hattum said. The devastating 8.9 magnitude earthquake in Japan has put the March 29 fixture against the Asian champions in jeopardy. Van Hattum on Saturday told Radio New Zealand that other options were already being considered including a second match against China who they are already down to play in Wuhan on March 25. http://sports.yahoo.com/soccer/news?slug=afp-japanquakefblnzljpnchn
I would like to hear an update about the status of both friendlies for the end of the month. Does anyone think they should be called off?
It depends on how quickly Japan will recover from the damage. If J. League games resume next week then I think NT friendlies are safe.
Apparently the French are encouraging their people to leave Tokyo in case a radiation cloud reaches there. Sounds like an overreaction though.
