I wonder if playing a friendly with the Swiss or Austrians could be a possibility. Then we will be able to see if Osim is really adamant about not picking the European players even when the circumstances are easier.

well I was happy when Santos went abroad, since I want to see how Japan does without him. he is a hard worker, but he also seems to slow the pace down.
They have been saying no Europe guys till the Asian Cup, but I wonder if they will join even then, because last time only Shunsuke joined.

Do you mean in their quality of football and/or skills?
I am aware that Peru's FIFA ranking is at 70 or so, and Korea is right around 50 or 51.
I don't think FIFA rankings are everything; I'm not aware of the quality of football being played in Peru or Korea, either.
Can you tell me why you think Peru has a better state of football than Korea, because as I've said, I'm not aware of the skill/quality/level of football in either of those countries.

Peru don't lose to Vitenam or draw against Maldives.

    Thanks for the advice.
It wouldn't really have mattered to me what country we (Japan national team) play against.
