f#ck Trejo. What a $hit coach he is.
First he puts Gimenez to start, he shouldn't even be in 1a Division, he belongs with dorados in 1A.
And then he leaves Cervantes while he is obviously going to get another Yellow.

Mexican teams seem irregular in this copa libertadores, not bad at all since all them are close to the going on the second round with just getting a win at home and a tie away.

This is beginning to get annoying.
Brasilian teams are truly the shoe in our stone. The only teams who've beaten the brasilians in their own turf was Chivas and Pachuca (maybe Trejo's cruz azul?), and of these only Pachuca has beaten them in a finals instance.

Can somebody post the last few statistics of MFL vs Bra. League teams?

I feel strongly our teams need to step up to the challenge and find out how we can beat BFL teams more consistently.

    How did Necaxa play?

It is undeniable our teams have the talent and potential to bring Libertadores home to N. America , and maybe with a little tweak to their confidence, a couple more hours of rivals' study and a tint more of discipline this will be a reality very soon.

Jeezzz, Necaxa got completely manhandled. They had been the most regular Mexican team in Libertadores, I wasn't expecting them lose in such manner...oh, well.

It's definitely one-sided, in favor of Brazil.

America was the first team to win in Brazil when they beat Sao Caetano 2-1 in Brazil in the group stages. They also had beaten them in Azteca but then they faced them in octavos and lost in Brazil and tied in Mexico, got eliminated and had that full scale riot.

Thanks for the stats Riverplate. Looks pretty even to me. Including Copa Sudamericana Mexico has 3 road wins and Brazil has 4. When you add in the draws there have been 5 on Mexican soil and 3 on Brazilian soil so maybe Brazil is ever so slightly ahead but for the most part still pretty even.

Does anyone have a link to the highlights of the first Necaxa-Sao Paulo game?

I love how Necaxa prepared themselves for the Libertadores, sends only half of the squad to San Luis, eventhough they will have relegation problems next season and in the end they lose all 3 games (the 2 in libertadores and the league game). Great play and great strategy.

I was rooting for Necaxa but seeing their defenders during the first Audax goal made me laugh. Like watching the keystone cops. Delantero didn't even have any nice moves, just kept bumping into one guy after one another and managed to keep a hold of the ball.

Well they should still be able to beat Alianza at home. Alianza stinks and has nothing to play for.

This team still living in the 90's. Just absolutely pathetic $hithole of a team we are right. I could not be more embarassed, sad, angry at this crap ass team for the past 9 years.

Yet I still can't live without this team or stop rooting for them.

cool so with a win, Necaxa goes on.

Alianza Lima, with no points. Necaxa need not get overconfident and take it at these dudes. They dont have goal differential if they tie and the other game ends tied.
