That might be a little high. Odds of winning the championship this year are at 16-1 and the odds of promotion are slightly lower then that. If you made the bet over two years I'd guess the bookies would have it at around 6 or 8 to 1. Championship is a complete crap shoot, predicting who will get promoted this year is tough enough, so next year is impossible to predict.
