    Sudan already said. It's sending its observers, and if it sees any irregularities, it's economic sanctions for us.

    The Carter Center monitors elections all over the world for electoral malfeasance --- but have said repeatedly that they can not observe or guarantee US elections because every state has such very different rules about who is disallowed from voting.

    Plus, true idiots would scream liberal bias because Jimmy Carter's name is on it anyway :rolleyes:
