I really didn't think it would be this difficult to move Mix on somewhere else. His time here hasn't been great, but he wasn't terrible either.

I agree totally. I guess if Mix wants to play, he obviously is going to have to take a large pay cut. Seemingly no one wants to touch him otherwise.

Same here, especially in the summer window I thought we might see some reinforcements that would bolster the team. Either way I can't complain with how last season went (I thought it was great!) I do love that the team are making very reasonable moves and I really love how the team is coming together.

IFK Goteburg are in negotiations to sign Mix. Thank god. Probably too late now, but hopefully next year we can buy down Moralez's contract and free up another DP slot.

Would be the only way to get either player IMO. I think Navas is going back to Sevilla but Clichy would be a fantastic addition to the team. I still think the priority should be a destroyer DM in the midfield to pair with Ring but Clichy would be nice.

Our full backs are mostly USL quality, so I wouldn't mind Clichy. But I don't expect Pirlo to retire. He'd be dumb not to sit on the bench for another 6 months and collect the few million he has left on his contract

I can somewhat understand the team taking a wait and see attitude when Matarrita sprained his ankle, but when he was injured the second time (and for all intents and purposes, out for the year), I can't believe they didn't immediately get on the phone to find a replacement.

CFG is supposed to be know for it's worldwide scouting prowess. They can't find someone better than Allen, Sweat or White???

Yeah, I'm shocked we are still relying on White and Allen. I think we have to make some move this window if there's any hope to win anything. Even one more solid starter would make a big difference.
