Pathetic and sad performance. Positives, we passed the ball around and had some opportunities to score. Negatives, bad finishing, alot of mistakes passing, physically beat up atheltically.

I saw the highlight and it seems they were very unlucky and pass the ball around alot. Weird how Rugumas is a scoring machine in the Salvadoran league but he has yet to score with the national team. This might show that the Salvadoran league is not challenging for him and not competitive enough. Which makes it difficult for him to developed. When Rugumas has to play players that play in more competitive it just makes him look nowhere as good when he plays in the Salvadoran league. This isn't just Rugamas this is almost of the Salvadoran players on the national team.

Alot of interesting players. Sagasitazado, Ortiz, Romero, Flores Jaco, Arroyo. They all played well. Renderos too. The others were very average. Some below average. Dominguez didn't do too well...

Same old story of ES soccer. The first 15 were awesome. Then Panama controlled the game. 2nd half we played good soccer (more than Panama anyways) and they score on a set piece. Same old story.

Why does Larin kick the set pieces? He sucks!
Why do we try to go for the physical game? The prime example of why we don't do that is Flores Jaco wrestling the assistant ref....

Pathetic? No. Sad? Yeah. But sad is the equivalent of our soccer since about 2001 now...

    What was the final roster?

Saw the highlights. Shame that Rugamas couldn't score; he had a few chances.

Those players you mentioned, with the exception of Renderos and Romero, are all very new to La Selecta and they played their first NT matches against Mexico and Canada last November.

Fortunately, we've got 2 more friendlies prior to the WCQ match against Honduras. Honduras has been playing horribly since the 2014 WC, and so it'll look bad if we lose to them at home.

Well it looks like Andy Najar will be rejoining them so that will cause use some problems.

Also @La Trucha doesn't matter how bad Honduras is they always end up beating us :(. We really lucked out last Copa Centroamerica.

Larin fine for long distance but if it's a freekick set piece it has to be someone who can cross/lob pass someone off a free kick. Close range freekicks with this line up should have been Odir Flores. He's the freekick specialist with them.

Not surprised when you hire a garbage coach still winless. Didn't bother watching already knew we weren't going to do anything positive.

You made the right choice. I should've stopped watching shortly after Guatemala scored at the 19th minute.

Well I found the game both encouraging n disheartening at the same time.

Encouraging because both teams "try" to press n salir tocando. But disheartening because none were remotely close to succeeding while doing it :'(.

More than anything, I don't get some of Primi's positional decisions. Romero should be at centerback, not as a holding mid. Santos Ortiz doesn't play as a rightback for Aguila and he looked really uncomfortable tonight. Dustin should be out wide, not as a centerfoward.

Aside from that, the issue that remains is to see what kind of form Darwin, Arturo, Punyed and Bonilla are in when it's time to play Honduras

Also I don't understand how ur coach can't find a better goalkeeper than the one u have.

I feel like primi has a selection issue rather than a planteamiento one. Although I'd be honest, I liked the way Roca had u playing towards the end. Maybe it was less dynamic but way more balanced than the one u have right now. I honestly felt u guys were a clinical center forward away from being competitive.

Lucky for u guys u have games against a honduras in terrible form. Though how u gonna get the ball in the back of the net is beyond me.

Beieve us we feel the same way henry hernandez is just relying on those two games good form against spain and argentina, I woud choose benji villalobos, luis contreras, fidel mondragon, oscar arroyo and dennis salinas have been better this season over hernandez

It's an absolute shame that Roca and Cuadrat left after the Gold Cup. Just as we started playing well, we're back to square one :(

    You're funny @Chul0 :D

Indeed, I remember the game vs Costa Rica (Gold Cup), it was very entertaining and la selecta tocaba muy bien y con rapidez .
