Also, Julien Baker and Pheobe Bridgers are making a sad super-trio with Lucy Dacus called "boygenius" and I love it already. It's only on Spotify for now: https://open.spotify.com/album/2WzybRE5n1lgRAckI3dWpL
I wanna see Gary Clark. I also want to see this guy but I don't want to give kid rock money and he's opening for kid rock. Especially when tickets are more expensive than Ozzy Osbourne tickets at the same venue the previous night. Anyone wanna split a ticket and come see kid rock when I walk out?
I have tickets to Ozzy but, don't think I've listened to much of his solo stuff. Any of it half as good as the Sabbath stuff?
I thought some of you might enjoy this (from July): The Best Metal Albums of 2018 (So Far) https://pitchfork.com/thepitch/the-best-metal-albums-of-2018-so-far/?mbid=social_twitter
Saw this guy last night at the Empty Bottle. Good show, nice vibes. I had a cursed ticket though that I just could not get rid of. A friend was supposed to go but he made the unfortunate decision of eating a whole crave case the day before. You can guess what happened...
I have a free ride to Founders brewing but it's same day as Ozzy fairwell. What to do? Go to Halestorm?
Gambino put out a new video and it's really cool Eminem's new album is really good Also, I guess I'm into this And I'm really hoping this new Muse album is in CyberPunk 2077 because these videos have been pretty much the same aesthetic.
At Ravinia watching Jethro Tull, well, Ian Anderson and a bunch of other musicians. Since 90% of people think Ian Anderson's name is Jethro Tull, it probably doesn't matter. For a guy well into his 70's, he looks, moves and sounds pretty damned good.
