Let's dance in style, let's dance for awhile Heaven can wait, we're only watching the skies Hoping for the best but expecting the worst Are you going to drop the bomb or not? Let us die young or let us live forever We don't have the power, but we never say never Sitting in a sandpit, life is a short trip The music's for the sad men Can you imagine when this race is won? Turn our golden faces into the sun Praising our leaders, we're getting in tune The music's played by the, the madmen Forever young....
Absolutely one of my favorites...such a piece of boot to your mouth. This brings something to mind that I have always sort of thought would be cool, and quite frankly I'd spring for it and donate it but what about having a gigantic hand cranked air raid/Fire siren in section 8 that got cranked right after the national anthem and after goals? It may need some type of speaker system but I think that'd really lend some entertaining sound to an already rowdy situation. Jump to 27th second
Trying to learn guitar. Also learning that my fingers are not very bendy, probably from being a goalkeeper at a young age.
That's one of my post soccer past times if you need some instruction? When I figured out I wasn't going to go pro, I started on the guitar in order to have a way to pay for my travel. It's been a fairly successful ruse so far.
Honestly, I'll consider it. I'm not exactly trying to learn guitar for the sake of playing guitar, I'm trying to learn so I can accompany my own music myself and get better at writing stuff. I did not play the guitar on my EP and the guy who did is going to college in Colorado, so I need to start trying to find my own way.
I remember my sister doing that for a bit. Right now I'm just trying to develop callouses and work on flexibility. Once I feel comfortable enough with that, I'll start looking out for lessons. Basically I've been sitting in my room for about a half hour at a time switching between a suspended C chord and some other chord that I haven't even found out the name for yet (it's a C, but without the ring finger).
