Is it really 2011 yet? I mean, no camps have started as now. Or do you call it the next season right after the last game? Discuss...:D

At least we will be able to distinguish them from the field this season.

I think it would be okay if the silver were eliminated. With that it looks like reflectors on a running dri fit shirt

The green home shirt is just as bad as this one, thankfully this is the third. I don't know which one is worse, this BFBS mess or the electric yellow or whatever bright color that was.

Exactly. It looks like something you should wear while cycling after dark.

Borderline criminal. Afairly large percentage of unis issued recently are going with dull, or non-bright if you prefer, base colors. In the pacific northwest it's almost epidemic. All Oregon teams, U-Dub has muted their royal purple on unis plus added black and grey all over, OSU Beavers have emphasized black, Sounders black third, Seahawks' colors look fantastic on the helmet, but both blues fade miserably applied to jersey fabric over pads, Mariner's home and road might be the dullest twosome outside of Yankee's gear...and they should never change obviously.

I've never lived in Seattle. I know it rains daily so grey is abundant. Shouldn't that lead to color being wanted a little more. I visitdd there long ago (pre-grunge) and it was a very colorful city in the summer anyway.

Last bit on Seattle. Friday, in going to CNBC for info, my TV was on Price Is Right. Icaughyt the last 3 minutes and two things popped out. 1. Seattle owner Drew Caray is skinny, like 180-ish skinny. Second, the PiR set is Sounders' hues all over the place. I'm sure I'm late to the party, but that can't be a coincidence, can it.

I hope you're not wearing black at night during cardio.

In many years of night runs, it's common to have cars not see me until late, even in white, even with refective gear. That and 3 incidents of bar-closers thinking it hillarious to drive at me. It's the only thing I don't miss about running at night.

They remind me of dirt bike racing jerseys or something like that.

We won't get that with a local company. That is a great deal for Philly.

Yeah, the only way we get that is if the deal involves more than just a jersey sponsorship.

great for the money, terrible sponsor in this country... at least from a fan perspective. i know how it's supposed to be pronounced, i know about the company... i still wouldn't want to wear it. hilarious.
