Yeah I know Paolo Bonomo. His son Stefano played with my cousin at Cal Berkeley and they toured Italy a few years back. Paolo tried to get his son tryouts at different clubs in Italy as he has his citizenship. There are hundreds of players in Italy with similar skills so clubs will sign a local player before they sign an Italian-American. The jury is still out on what Joshua Perez and Cody Sundquist will end up accomplishing.

Onyewu got zero minutes I believe in Serie A. Max Allegri shipped him out when Ibra and he came to blows. Onyewu's sister told me he almost killed Ibra, regardless of his black belt in martial arts.

Nice. I remember watching FIorentina in B and rooting for them. I think I remember their first season back, and being like 13. It was exciting. Same with Napoli.
