If Gatekeeper wanted us to come up with a better name for OTT then he shouldn't have forced so many people to put him on ignore, so that nobody could suggest one of his more memorable comments as a title.

It's confirmed. "Interesting" move to say the least. Wasn't overly impressed with him in the EL final. I get that he's young and has potential, but I'm curious to see how he pans. Then again, I guess he's in good hands as any with Poch teaching him the ropes. We'll see, I guess...

the problem with ignore is that it makes people look like they are arguing with themselves. i remember one instance @MizzouMUFC had like 6 posts in a row and I am like i don't know who the hell he is arguing with but they sure pissed him off!!

 

Keane looks like a bargain IMO. We may live to regret picking Lindelaugh over him. I hope not.

 

We'll have to revisit that in a year or so, minimum. Keane was a solid target himself and would have been fine bringing him back. Prem and Englsh football experience are also big plusses for him as well.
Jose has done well to keep Lindelof out of limelight at this time. There is absolutely no reason to put him on now, taking the risk to completely shatter his confidence and costing the team precious points in the process. The several options in place give him that latitude towards Lindelof for the time being.
His time will come and hopefully by then, he'll be ready to make the most of it.

 

You should have keep that post in your back pocket until the next time we were looking for a title.

Apparently gatekeepr is offended by our OTT title. SO, we've come together as a collective to name it Ignored Mode Activated. Then he won't feel so offended.

You don't get removed as a mod unless you ask a super mod for yourself to be removed or a fellow mod makes the request.

 

I'm still waiting on @Ruud v.Nistelrooy 10 to put in the request to make me mod.

There really should be term limits for mods, tbh. This "mod for life" thing or as long as you want it, is for the birds as far as I'm concerned. And if you're not active a minimum or just present enough to perform your duties, then you shoudn't be one ether. And it goes without saying that mods should be carefully vetted as well: mods with agenda or eager to go on a power trip really should not be considered either...
