Delofeu i believe can indeed play at barcelona but if we are getting delofeu and dembele,what will paco do?

Set for years? Nah. These are essential signings to stop the bleeding for now. Remember next summer we'll probably have to sign a striker to replace Suarez. There's always something to worry about / some gap to fill

 

Ruben Semedo rumors are staying hot as a Bellerin alternative. Verratti appears to be doing everything possible to get out of Paris.

Gomes probably deserves a second season to prove his true value with Valverde. Great chance for him.

Geoffrey Kondogbia and Miralem Pjanic have been floated as alternatives to Verratti, but I think the club will get their man.

Mathieu will rescind his contract according to Sport.

 

If that's true, it's the worst decision in the history of the club. Shitmes has no potential. He won't transform to a solid attacking midfielder. He has no quality that points to that. Awful decision. That money would be well spent on Veratti.

 

Lawd some of you are just ruthless. Gomes deserves another season at the club. I am a big fan of his and I think he'll come good ultimately. Verratti I just don't see psg selling him and please no Bellerin and no more arsenal players.

 

The only way I see Bellerin happening is if Arsenal accept either Arda or Rafinha going the other way in order to reduce the cost significantly. Barca simply can't afford a full price deal given the confirmed interest on Verratti and Dembele. These two alone will take whatever the budget might be.

 

Arda already interests arsenal but Barca don't want to pay.more than thirty five for bellerin,so that's why the Arda deal is not announced yet.

 

aaand Delofeu. [emoji19] It's going downhill already!! When is that no confidence vote? Can they make that happen yesterday? 40m€ for Paulinho who couldn't make it big in Europe! Going to end up with another summer transfer disaster.

Lots of rumours but nothing actually happening. That pretty much applies actoss all the major leagues. Probably see more genuine activity in July and August.

 

And therein lies the key. English clubs will always have an advantage signing 16 year olds since players on the continent cannot sign a professional contract unless they're 18.
