Jeez, Chivas are already losing in the first 5 minutes. Whoever organized the schedule for these games suck.
Wow that was the best chance they had and missed point blank. Gudiño with a horrible handle on the ball at the end smh
They’re actually not playing too bad, they could have defended better on the goal though. Benfica has been playing really dirty for the last 10 minutes. Chivas almost tied up the game with a good play right now.
Chivas va creciendo, le pega al travesaño. Alexis Vega muy bien el inicio de segundo tiempo aguantando bien con el balon
Chivas had their chance, much better than the florentina game. I'm happy with the improvements the team is showing during this preseason
Provided Chivas would never be a match for Benfica in normal conditions, that those pre-season games aren't worth much, that Chivas played a second choice lineup, and Benfica are barely preparing their upcoming season, I thought that Chivas' to be pretty poor. True, they were a little unlucky to hit the posts 3 times. All Benfica needed was to speed up a little to to crack open and expose Chivas' defense, and that's concerning.
You also have to take into consideration that Chivas was pushing up the line to tie it up. Don't disagree the disparity of talent but game tactics would be different if they weren't chasing the game.
Chivas losing by 2. I have loved chivas for years but this feels like a bad relationship. Too stressful too painful. The team sells stars replaces them with garbage. Puts out jerseys and movies while they lose. I dont want to be a deserter but come on. This is just insane. Theres being loyal and then theres being pendejo.
And dagger. This is what happens with bad decisions. You crap azz team you fool and take advantage of fans. Your corrupt. You dont deserve to be in the 1st division. Go down where you belong. If yall stick around i applaud your loyalty. But question if your being taken advantage of. The team only sees you as $

At this point, relegating seems to be the only thing that may change things for the better in the long run
Buenas Tardes Chivahermanos, The directiva and culture is the primary culprit of why we are where we are. I feel like we're the embodiment of the 2012-2014 Mexico Selection that barely made it into the World Cup. Lots of "jerarquía" type of shit going on. Just look at JJ Macias in this interview, who is clearly thriving in Leon: Who was pushed out from Higuera and his very own teammates with that "jerarquía" shit. The only way for short term improvement is to fire Thomas Boy. As for long term, Vergara needs to sell this team ASAP.
