Am I the only one who wonders what it would take for the North and Central American countries to ban together and leave CONCACAF? The timing would seem right to at least discuss with all of the turmoil in the region (mostly based within the Caribbean nations) and FIFA as a whole. Creating a smaller group of competitive sides would allow a more competitive qualifying structure as well as helping to increase the power of teams vs the rest of the world on the field.
i feel this may happen soon, i think we will see sunil, and justino pushing for reforms that will benefit concacaf as a whole and not just the tiny islands.
and what about the big 8/9 nations/teams moving to Conmebol? Fifa will allow it like the australian move and money can be interesting.
