I still can't get Mareval's goal out of my head. That was amazing.

What a game , Saint-Étienne played some beautiful football , could've been much worse for Le Harve if they didn't have that oldie in goal :D

I disagree as well. Sow goal is better than Cavenaghi's with an amazing pass from Pagis.

Gourcoff's goal today against PSG is a GOTY candidate.

almost GOTY shoo-in... and it saved catel's bacon this week; only ariel's even deserved honorable mention before that.

Oh it really was not a problem. If not Abriel, Valbuena was here with the Gerets' machine (Valbuena-Ziani-Bonnart-Ziani-Bonnart-Valbuena), or even Moussa Sow, who'll quickly get a "new Shabani Nonda" nickname or so what.

Amazing, especially if you consider it was a weather for ice hockey, not soccer. Plus, everything scored vs the PSG counts double.

This said, I hate Gourcuff. He's young, he's gifted, he's rich, he's famous, he's handsome... it's just not fair.

Absolutely brilliant goal, the best I have seen all season, in all European leagues (and cup competitions) that is.

Good job Gourcuff now you have half of europe salivating over you. There's something irritating about that. Maybe since I've recognized his talent since before his Milan move, that all these bandwagoners piss me off. I'm surprised anyone even bothers to watch our Inferior league for Gourcuff in the first place.

Mon dieu, only ignorant football 'fans' are like that, et je ne suis pas ignorant.

Don't be so bitter, it's not like our league gets a lot of respect either. Some people are simply close-minded or stupid, or both, and believe that there is no quality football outside the so called 'top three' leagues. That's how it is, no reason to get so wound up about it though.

Enjoy the goal, I for sure did, and if not, drink a Bordeaux to cheer you up. A ta santé!

Ah no friend that wasn't directed towards you, but mostly from what I've read some people say on the Arsenal board (in what is considered a 'legitimate league') and in the media. I know that the german league has quality football and produces quality players just like we do. And yes I am bitter, that people can laud our players, but bash the league that produced them, as if they came out of a vacuum.
