juni's goal was very nice because of the teamwork, but at halftime of OL-PSG people were talking about leroy's goal, and i see it was a thing of beauty.

The trophée UNFP du plus beau but de la saison can now be voted by the internauts.

    The five challengers are:

Nicest goal of the 5th day:

Nicest goal of the 30th day:

as I said my top 3 is
    1) Steve Savidan (Valenciennes-Lens)
    2) Daisuke Matsui (Monaco-Le Mans)
    3) Mathieu Valbuena (Marseille-Caen)

But once again, the OM fans will monopolize the poll. Typical.

err. Is it me, or the season isn't over yet ?

Of course, canal + probably acknowledges the fact that Ligue 1 is boring anyway, so they try to end the thing as early as possible. This way, they can broadcast popular summer programs, like Truck Trial Challenge, the Dakota Bowling Trophy or the Eastern-European Darts League.

They have to make some place for the 30-meter shoots of Lahm, Ronaldo, Pirlo, Ribéry, Barnetta, Ibrahimovic and Van Persie.

L1 is kindly but summer is traditionnaly dedicated to serious soccer, even with a beach ball.

i just can't watch that one. a 91st minute goal by bordeaux, just the thing to ruin a night's sleep... :(

if i ever get my hands on that burne-molle givet with his clearances à la mords-moi-le-noeud i'll slap him into next week.

I think, given how important that Ducasse strike could turn out to be, it has to be nominated for goal of the season. A nice touch by Obertan and good determination by Chamakh make it worthy as well.
