Yes it is.. and also in football. For basketball, there's Duke, Wake Forest, NC State Wolfpack, UNC Tar Heels,.. and even some of the worse colleges would be some of the best in other states, like UNCG Spartans, ECU, Wilmington, etc. For football, there's NC State Wolfpack, UNC Tar Heels, Duke Blue Devils, ECU, etc.. UNC's soccer team is currently #2 in the country btw. Their rightback Alibaba is currently a starter for Chicago and has also been called up to the national team. I watched him play last year in November in the NCAA finals where he actually scored a goal in overtime.
Tonight is the first game of the new NFL season Packers-Saints I'm gonna go with the Packers on this one even though New Orleans is pretty strong this year. I'll post the rest of the predictions soon.

Did you see the Panthers match? The field was literally a puddle. Playing football in extremely wet conditions is one of the most fun things there is to do.
So I just witnessed my baseball team implode. They were first in the division, I think 4 or 5 games up, and they went into meltdown mode. They just lost to miss out on the playoffs thanks to a Tampa win.
