Good first step. Just listening to that press conference, I'm ready to lace up the ol boots... lol. I think technically and tactically he will be competent. The squad management, we'll see, but you can see he commands respect and has the confidence to take on the job. Pre-season starts now.
Honestly, to me that's going to be the real challenge . . . trying to implement this vision of everyone buying in to what is essentially a club-wide culture change during the busiest part of the season. Less than ideal, but good luck to our ambitious new manager and his efforts.
