EXCLUSIVE: Here's a slight teaser at the #MNUFC primary kit for this upcoming season. I'm not quite sure what the two different greys could mean on either side of the crest (maybe tonal stripes?), but this at least confirms that the sky blue sash is gone. pic.twitter.com/oeyuIHGtnV— Conrad Burry 🔴🐐🎨 (@conradburry) January 17, 2018
Maybe part of it? https://i.imgur.com/oY6Tags.jpg Hmmm?! Looks the same. Had to put this here...for all us old NASL fans. That one time Mr. T suited up with the Chicago Sting. If memory serves, T got a yellow card that day for excessive nutsackery. pic.twitter.com/PwFw0mdgDa— Super 70s Sports (@Super70sSports) February 1, 2018

Waiting on the confirmation for this, but it looks like MNUFC matches will be broadcast on Fox Sports North and Fox Sports Wisconsin this season.
Newsy note: #MNUFC to switch local TV partner for the 2018 season, moving over to Fox Sports North, same platform as Wild, Twins, Wolves.https://t.co/xCsm1jL08T— Andy Greder (@andygreder) February 3, 2018
#MLS sources telling me #MNUFC is close to finalizing a relationship with #USL side Saint Louis FC. Finer details being hashed out, but this will be the preferred loan destination for the Loons.— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) February 6, 2018
JUST IN: Via "mnufcfan" on the @sportslogosnet forum, here's the replica version of the new MNUFC home kit for 2018. Thread: https://t.co/QYvByB4O68 pic.twitter.com/V86ciVakfH— Conrad Burry 🔴🐐🎨 (@conradburry) February 6, 2018 since this is a replica, it doesn't have the button. I have no idea if this is really what they'll look like, for the record. https://t.co/IMp9hFyQdN— Wes Burdine (@MnNiceFC) February 6, 2018 Well, since we've seen the replica already, here's an exclusive of photos of the authentic version, which features the henley collar and die-cut badge, among other smaller details. pic.twitter.com/XvrLWS24G6— Conrad Burry 🔴🐐🎨 (@conradburry) February 6, 2018
Pity we don't have a full roster of players to wear the thing...whatever happened to that "second Cameroonian"?
Not a clue. That should have happened over a week ago. If I take Rueter at his word, of which I am inclined to, it's just paper work at this point. But I have to tell you, something smells fishy.
I went to the jersey unveiling at MOA. Was standing in the back, when Dr. Bill just came by and just stood there for about 10 minutes. I guess just taking it all in. Briefly talked to a few of us who knew who he was. I thought they did quite well with the "ceremony" Pretty packed in the rotunda. Almost, too packed. Giving out free MN United cookies, target water bottles (w/$5 GC's), popcorn, etc... Lot of media there. Also, I see they started their scarf giveaway again. Around 8am on twitter they will post a photo of where they are.
Viewing note: 963509673260474368 is not a valid tweet id Maybe I am missing it, but I do not see anything about condensed or archived games.....which is something we quite enjoyed. -So, until they get it going, games will be broadcast for free on mlssoccer (I think). -It will be $20 cheaper than mlslive.

Midfielder Sam Cronin will not be in the lineup this weekend. He’s showing concussion symptoms and is going through more tests to determine the extent. He struggled with that late last season, too. #MNUFC— Megan Ryan (@theothermegryan) February 28, 2018 Well, that sucks.
Agreed. And I'm not being facetious. Sam Cronin was well-liked in these parts and it's a shame we don't get to see him during his only potential regular season visit to Avaya. On the other hand, it will be interesting to see if Simon Dawkins regains some of his form for you guys. He is capable of flashes of brilliance but inexplicably failed to show any last season, and too few the season beforehand during his second go-round with the Quakes.

Wright Wright also said a USL team isn’t likely until the 2020 season for #MNUFC— Megan Ryan (@theothermegryan) March 17, 2018
To add to this, from 55.1 Where do things stand with a USL team? So we're actually planning. I've put together a two year strategic plan on a lot of different levels for our club. USL is definitely sort of on the horizon. I don't honestly know whether or not we'll be able to get everything in place for our 19 season. I would doubt that we will not have a USL team by 2020. Right now we just don't know where that team will play. There are lots of opportunities. It could be Blaine. It could be one of the cities in the Upper Midwest region. We're working our way through that. We want a city that will work with us. We want partners that will work with us. And sort of working through a process with a lot of different cities and different locations where that might be. But I would think, right now, 2020 is more likely than 2019. When I was talking to Jeff R on this...he was of the opinion (IIRC) that the Loons wanted their own team in USL and not have an arrangement. At least, that was preferred.
