    Itasca Society Is Now Full
    https://www.mnufc.com/post/2017/07/24/itasca-society-now-full

Minnesota United has announced that it has now sold out of memberships in its Itasca Society, the exclusive club for season ticket holders joining in the team’s inaugural MLS season. Named for the lake and state park at the headwaters of the Mississippi and limited to 11,842 members — one for each lake in Minnesota — the Itasca Society is now full, with membership granting permanent recognition in and priority seating choice at the new Midway stadium in Saint Paul.

Deposits for new 2018 season tickets go live on Wednesday, July 26 and total season tickets for next season will be capped at 14,000 — only about 2,000 more spots than are currently occupied by Itasca Society members. After those 14,000 spots are filled, a waiting list will start. Being part of that 14,000 is the only guarantee you will have of being able to get seats in the new stadium for 2019.

We got our I.S. scarves on Saturday.

The last I have seen is from Meg Ryan, who said he was walking around the locker room fine. Have not seen the practice notes from today

This looks like a fantastic move by the Loons. From an outside perspective the FO seems to have struggled with making the move up to the major leagues, hopefully Chris can right that ship.

I'm still trying to decide if 26 years with the Timberwolves is a plus or a minus on the resume, given the fact the trophy case holds exactly 1 Division title in those 26 years.

    Don't forget the Lynx. ;-)

My only thing, is that this move should have been done when the team knew it was going to be in MLS..

How Minnesota righted its wrongs to find respectability in debut season
    http://www.espnfc.com/club/minnesot...wrongs-to-find-respectability-in-debut-season

Like Jeff, but I don't think we righted much.

    1) Defense stunk up the joint game one. Defense stunk game 34.
    2) What made them think a bunch of Scandinavians would be decent? And why would you reward the person responsible with that huge error by letting them keep their job/position?
    3) How can he say "I remember telling my staff in the preseason that we'd find it hard to leave Brent Kallman out of the team," Heath said.....and then gave the keys to Demidov? His evaluation is a bit suspect.
    4) Kept rewarding players like Molino and Venegas.
    5) Service to Ramirez was wretched the last few games. No good 10 killed us a lot. Venegas was awful, and thinking Molino would be sufficient cover for that deficiency was again some bizarre thinking. This mistake reared its head before Summer transfer window.
    6) Set pieces. *face palm
    7) Minnesota always reacted. They were almost never ready for the start of games. (Blame goes to coach and captain)

    Sorry...venting.

Not sure where to put this, but no MNUFC 2 or affiliate USL this year. What are the plans for next year?
Came out from LA for your last game against KC. Very nice crowd, loved your supporters really filled the whole east end, great songs. Also amazing 200-300 KC fans made the trip up. Good start to a rivalry. Walked around the stadium at various times in different places, pretty good site lines considering a NCAA stadium. No comment on the turf.
Good overall experience as completed my 22nd MLS city

    Hey.

They have started their youth academy setup, but nothing official yet. Here is a little more
    http://fiftyfive.one/2017/01/develo...ans-slowly-taking-shape-for-minnesota-united/

A spokesperson with the team confirmed this report. It’s also believed that Rochester, Minn. will be the future home of their USL Division II reserve team. This would not occur until 2018.
Glad you enjoyed the game. I am one section over from the supporters groups, so it is always pretty noisy. The SKC rivalry has been there for a bit, but I would imagine that one is going to grow and grow.

The stadium has been overall good, but yeah, it's best not to discuss the field itself. I am also not a fan of playing games in the middle of the day. Our side of the stadium is pretty well blinded by the sun.

Hope to see you in a year and a half, when the new stadium is built. I think we are all pretty excited to see the finished product there.
