    ...So Bonaire (and Sint Maarten and co.) aren't going to try for CONCACAF membership? At least that would allow them to play in the Caribbean Cup and the Gold Cup (for the small price of joining Uncle Jack's CFU cartel).

    I said it before, the USA, Mexico and Canada need to split up into their respective states, that would give North America 93 votes.

    I would LOVE this. Even if we wouldn't be very good, I'd rather root for a full Michigan team than a USA national team which rarely has any players from here.
