    Wigan are considering taking legal action after the Premier League declined to dock West Ham points for fielding Javier Mascherano and Carlos Tevez.

    Yes of course they are as it hides the fact Wigan are playing so badly, deflect the fans anger somewhere else. What a joke. Next thing you know the chairman of Wigan will be blaming Sheff Utd for playing better footbal and then blaming Fulham for switching managers LOL. They could sure spend their time doing better things for Wigan than blaming their woes on everything except bad management.
