    Bayern Munich withdrew its appeal of goalkeeper Oliver Kahn's suspension for next week's Champions League quarterfinal match against AC Milan. Bayern said Thursday it dropped its objections ahead of a UEFA hearing Monday because the club needed "focused preparation" for the Milan match and Saturday's Bundesliga game against first-place Schalke. Reserve goalkeeper Michael Rensing will be in goal against Milan. "We can rely on Michael," Bayern coach Ottmar Hitzfeld said.

    im scared for bayern.. but i guess this is the look of the future for bayern... now we are missing 2 players from our starting eleven against Milan
