Make the alternate jersey like Mexico's '94 jerseys--only instead of the Mayan god staring out from the background, it would be the "Don't Tread on Me" snake. Main jersey can be the sash with new snake crest.
I think our kits will look something like Juve's Red Away kits. Possibly w/ a Red Stripe or sash, and the US flag in the back above the Name/numbering.
im watching TUrkey-Brazil U-17 (sick game btw)and they have the same nike jersey's as us. Nike is pissing me off with ALL of their uniforms looking the same, just different colors. I say keep a blue and a white version,,but introduce a 3rd alternate Striped jersey.
Sorry that I can't reveal my source... but Nike's 5 main national teams: Brazil, Holland, Mexico, Portugal and the US will have different uniforms from each other. I believe Nike will be releasing them in the early spring, but at this point they are keeping it very close to their chest... adidas will have two designs represented in the world cup, one for their A teams, like Germany, and a jersey for their B teams, which ever ones make it.
if we have a stripe, i'd like it to be a horizontal one like the 98 jersey. the throwback is just too riverplateish for me.
It looks like its for kids, kids living in the early 90's perhaps who like to write their names in bubble letters. The soccer ball shooting up like a rocket is just embarrassing.
The current crest belongs on a U-10 girl's team jersey sponsored by NASA. I agree the crest is an embarrasment to the USMT program. I hope they change it very soon to something that looks much more professional. Our crest is the worst I have seen on any national team jersey. Has anyone seen one worse than ours?
You are right. France's F.F.F. with a Rooster is pretty bad. The main problem I have with ours is the fact we not only show a soccer ball but we also show it flying through the air.........
I always liked the german 98 jerseys. The ones in the last WC were kinda plain. The current ones are decent. (then again, 98 was the last WC for decent original jerseys)
Everyone thinks I'm kidding when I say this: the 1994 jersey outdoes that 1950 throwback any day, with that stupid red line going across the front of it. What the hell is that? So lame.
I like the new jerseys (the white and the red) much better than the 2002 or the 1998 jerseys (both the white and the green.) I loved the really old school German jerseys from the 70s, and I also liked the 1994 German jerseys (the ones with the diamonds that were then duplicated by 30% of youth teams in the US.)
Egypt's looks like bad string art The Seychelles FF badge is awful The Sierra Leone Amateur Football Association logo is amateurish
