I kind of agree. Demarcation of the entirety of the quoted material would make things more reader-friendly.
He forgot to up his premium membership. Happens to the best of us. I don't like them either. It's harder to distinguish between what's being quoted and the new response.
What she and many others have said. I'm actually yet to find someone who actually likes them. Visually the quote itself looks crap, with one of these " and then one of these and a line running down the side- it looks bad! And there is the lack of variation between the main text and the quoted text, whereas before your eye could run down the page and pick up between the two easily- now you can't. New quote feature = FAIL!

As for some of the questions, we could add an end quote but the point is a visual catch that there is quoted text, not for it to be the actual opening quote. And in regards to lack of visual diversity, I guess I'm confused, there is a line down the left of the quote and the whole thing is indented and italiziced. That being said, I assume you miss the fact that it used to be in a slightly shaded box. Shaded box. I love BigSoccer.
You are also not making mistakes. Can the size of the opening quotation mark be reduced? If so can we try that for a few minutes?
