It wasn't over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor and it sure isn't over now. Tell everyone you know.
I voted 30% ACC doing what we expected them to do, didn't phase me too much. But Precourt's smugness in the post interview has me very concerned.
Yes, of course there is still hope. As TrueCrew has said many times, saving the Crew depends on what happens in Columbus, not Austin.
I am looking for symbolism not historic reality. I think Crew fans are a tightnite group of fighters who fought till the bitter end. Its not over yet but we are about to get finished off.
I know today's events shouldn't affect my thinking. But its hard not to let it. 30% (down from 50-60%)
I am unchanged because I am not a dork and expected yesterday to happen the way it did for months. 2019 = 90% 2020+ = 40%.
Some more rays of sunshine lately. Travis county could take action against Austin for giving tax abatements (county) beyond their authority. Though a side deal/payoff seems likely here. Not a deal breaker. PPP does a push poll on McKalla, 55%-30% against after the neutral first question. 57%-29% against after the pushes. Someone willing to pay for a poll might be willing to bankroll a signature drive with encouraging results. But most importantly, IM posted today and said meetings continue with MLS & looking at stadium sites.
