Mostly the Baltimore/Washington corridor, which includes my county. There is little Republican influence in the state. So you grow up Democrat and vote that way until you somehow see the light.

NBA coaches are on thin ice almost always. They must declare their democratic statements so that they become more accepted among the players who became more and more influential and much more important than the coaches. Coaches often make that first democratic initiative. Usually, coaches remind me much more on republican personalities if we observe them through their origins and places of their birth.

The grandfather of Steve Kerr came from here:

95% of people are white. We can find similar parallels among other current and ex NBA coaches.

Stick to Karl Marx’s true path, Xi Jinping tells China’s communists in speech to mark 200th birthday of ‘greatest thinker of modern times’

China’s Communist Party is “totally correct” to stick with Karl Marx’s theory, President Xi Jinping has said in a speech ahead of the 200th anniversary of the birth of the German philosopher whom he described as the “greatest thinker of modern time”.

Since coming to power in 2012, Xi has stressed the party must not forget its socialist roots as it works to attain the “great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”.

In a speech at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Friday, Xi said, “Writing Marxism onto the flag of the Chinese Communist Party was totally correct … Unceasingly promoting the sinification and modernisation of Marxism is totally correct.”

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xi_Jinping_Thought

The thought consists of a 14-point basic policy as follows:[6][7]

    1. Ensuring Communist Party of China leadership over all forms of work in China.
    2. The Communist Party of China should take a people-centric approach for the public interest.
    3. The continuation of "comprehensive deepening of reforms".
    4. Adopting new science-based ideas for "innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development".
    5. Following "socialism with Chinese characteristics" with "people as the masters of the country".
    6. Governing China with Rule of Law.
    7. "Practice socialist core values", including Marxism, communism and socialism with Chinese characteristics.
    8. "Improving people's livelihood and well-being is the primary goal of development".
    9. Coexist well with nature with "energy conservation and environmental protection" policies and "contribute to global ecological safety".
    10. Strengthen national security.
    11. The Communist Party of China should have "absolute leadership over" China's People's Liberation Army.
    12. Promoting the one country, two systems system for Hong Kong and Macau with a future of "complete national reunification" and to follow the One-China policy and 1992 Consensus for Taiwan.
    13. Establish a common destiny between Chinese people and other people around the world with a "peaceful international environment".
    14. Improve party discipline in the Communist Party of China.

The Kent State shootings (also known as the May 4 massacre or the Kent State massacre),[3][4][5]were the shootings on May 4, 1970, of unarmed college students by the Ohio National Guard at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, during a mass protest against the bombing of neutralCambodia by United States military forces. Twenty-eight National Guard soldiers fired approximately 67 rounds over a period of 13 seconds, killing four students and wounding nine others, one of whom suffered permanent paralysis.

Stupid right-wingers don't understand that this is what inevitably will happen to all of us. Impeding progress in developing cleaner sources of alternative energy etc will mean that the 1% will force the costs of climate change on the rest of the population when society no longer has a choice.

You're the only one being fooled.

The discussion was related to the economy. Their governance is a different issue. Which one would you like and education on.

Post some relevant and comparables of 1970 China. You're totally irrelevant and sporadic . Reaching and clawing at any type of defense. How about I bring about Chinese behaviour during the Han Dynasty.
In your beloved system you would be sent to the gulags first.

The Chinese government has always been more than happy to exploit it's citizens for the benefit of foreign capitalist corporations. That list of 14 policies forgot to include sweat shops, concentration camps, cancer villages and environmental destruction. Capitol is king in China, not the people's well being.
