I would like to see a u12 league with some nominal salaries and/or scholarships to community college or technical college when there playing careers are over.

Where did you get this information? I'm trying to find anything about it on the web and I don't seem to see it anywhere.

This is not a real thing. It's just a mockup someone made.

Although this is not real, this format would be interesting and beneficial not only for the youth player, but also for all clubs involved.

From the MLS down to the USL you're hearing more, and more academy players play for the pro team. And the homegrown initiative shouldn't be limited to MLS teams

    i.e. Charleston Battery

This is essentially what the Development Academy is.

DA is fall/spring for some reason and also includes a bunch of regional clubs. Which is probably for the best tbh, the "pro" academies don't have a monopoly on top talent
